Consignment Process
Mélange Resale Boutique is looking for your current styles (within at least the past 5 yrs) of Better Brand Women's clothing in new or gently used condition. Clothing must be CLEAN and free of smoke odors, perfume, stains, pet hair, holes, piling or alterations. Bottom of shoes must be CLEAN. Free of dirt, grass, gum and animal Poo. Your items should be in ready to sell condition. Size, Brand and Fabric Care tags should be intact.
I do take some vintage based on style, and must be in AMAZING condition.
The better the brand, condition and style of clothes the better your items will sell. Brands we avoid, Shein, Walmart, Target, Etc. There might be some exceptions like size, need and style. Please ask if you have any questions.
Clothes must be brought in, neatly folded in a basket, storage bin or paper shopping bags (no plastic or garbage bags please) and not on hangers.
No, Jr brands or Jr sizes (odd sizes), Men's or kid's items at this time.
Consignment is based on season & store needs. Mélange R & B can refuse to consign any items from any individual for any reason. Any items not consigned by Mélange R & B will be given back to the seller to do as they wish. Mélange Resale Boutique is always staffed and has security cameras but unfortunately cannot be responsible for any damaged or stolen items. Any items I am not able to take will either be given back to you or donated.
Consignment will be a 50/50 split of the lowest sold price. Consignors can use their earnings as store credit towards future purchases. If consignors choose store credit option, they will be given a 10% discount towards their purchase.
Walk-ins are not available at this time. You must book an appointment on the Facebook Page.
